This is my first blogpost and it won’t be my last. It’s short and to the point. I am new to Foxtrot. I intend on bringing a fresh perspective to student politics for the heavy readership out there. A quick thing about myself – I love my International Relations, Economics, and Microbiology. Those are my three favourite disciplines, hence the dual degree. I’m also flattered that Foxtrot has called me “Sexy” in the “About” page… especially all that talk about those two pretty AMS Confidential Princesses.
As for the G20 protests – they disgusted me for two reasons. The first being that all of those protesters were idiots. All of that economic damage, terrible publicity, and wrath of socialists and anarchists pissed me off.
The second reason is that last year’s hapless, ignorant AMS VP External went there and caused chaos as well. My older brother is studying in the University of Toronto and in one day, 3 idiot hippie protesters started shouting at him and 3 of his friends when they were innocently walking in downtown Toronto. I’d suspect that Timothy Chu was probably one of them – is it just me or does he like attention more than Ed Durgan and those emails he keeps sending out? (and how the hell does he have access to these emails?!) Peaceful protest is okay because we live in a democracy. Idiot protesting with violence and tinges of anarchy violate the rule of law and undermine democracy. And WTF was the point of those idiot protesters. Reading all of Tim Chu’s tweets disgusted me.

ALL THREE BRING WITH THEM EXPERIENCE IN JOURNALISM, STUDENT POLITICS, ECONOMICS, AND STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS. Pho, NHale, and Megan all come from diverse backgrounds and bring with them a bevy of experiences.
